Prediction Competition August 2016

New season, new format due to low interest in the slog of a 36 week league. Basically we'll have one competition each month, Aug-Mar and then in April we'll have a playoff between the 8 monthly winners to crown our 2016-7 champion. If we have joint/multiple monthly winners they all get an entry in the playoff. If a poster wins in more than one month then they will have multiple entries in the playoff.

Usual format for the first one this year. 10 Championship fixtures for next Saturday, just predict the final score. You'll get 2pts if you just get the result correct or 5pts plus 1pt per goal if you get the score correct (e.g. correctly predicting a 2-2 draw gets you 9pts). Winner will be the player with the most total points from the 10 games. Just cut and paste below into your reply and fill in the Xs. Entries need to be posted before 3pm on Saturday August 27th.
