"Slimbiome" sounds pretty pseudo-scientific to me, like something from Laboratoire Garnier.

Why this instead of a protein shake?

This is not just a protein shake.

It has patented additions including live bacteria.

These additions give a feeling of fullness thus preventing hunger..help stabilise blood sugar and the bacteria interact with our gut bacteria and cause a metabolic change promoting weight loss.

Thick "porridgey" constituency and very little flavour (going to have to get some banana Nesquik to add to it which will obviously make it less healthy) but do feel full.

Try using 350ml of water instead of 250

I think the flavour is ok but remember this is an aid to weight loss and good health,it won't be your favourite milk shake.

I will put my reputation on the line and predict at least 2lbs loss in first week and a feeling of well being.

The science is there and that's why these are not the cheapest product but I am confident of positive feedback.
