A note for management
There are so many adverts now this site is unmanageable. It takes an eternity to get from one place to another. I know you have to make money but.... if no one is logging on, to read the adverts, if they do, your site will end.
Do you UNDERSTAND???????????

I have no ads - and that's because I use ad block plus.
