    Bristol city next at NYS

Get your tickets if you haven't already
Get behind the lads and let's suck the ball in the net (yes I know I'm wasting my time )

Now will it be two up front or one? I think Stubbs will start with one and if fit enough it will be Blackstock which if he gets the help from the wingers then that's not a problem

Tough game IMO ,no idea which way it will go

They are ALL tough games - that's why it's a wonderful league to be in. I watched the BLUNTS game the other day and what dross that was - turned it off to watch our Fry on England duty !

They got the three points but only because a Gills defender SO BLATANTLY hand balled in the box for the most stupid late penalty ! Lucky B^^$$^^^$#s

Talking of luck - Wednesday only have 5 points because Villa handed them the 3 points at swillsbro - and again - they only scraped a point in the last seconds v Brentford - who we beat !

While I'm at it - everyone has eulogised about Barnsleys start - we'll - I don't think QPR & DERBY will play that badly again all season - and if they do I hope it's against us.....

I know I've mentioned this before but it puts into context our start in the league -

Its looking better now, we played a behind closed doors game with notts county and drew 1-1 to keep NC below 4 goals was pretty good.

    Roll on Bristol

Over the next week we will see whether our enthusiasm (well maybe 8 or 9 of us) or negativity is founded. For me, its time now for the red seeds of recovery to start to show. Good September/Octobers can define how a season may pan out. A good points haulage will start to turn the doubters (except for you know who), a bad one will just mean more incredibly negative posts.

Bristol City are bolstered by huge financial backing and are having a good season so far. Beatable? of course they are. We need to show skill, intelligence, commitment and bloody mindedness to get those points. If we had shown all of these we would not have drawn with Wolves and perhaps made life a little harder for Barnsley.

I'm not sure what formation AS should play so long as its a winning one.

I agree they're all tough games but normally we can have a guess which way it might go, this one I'm uncertain about but I doubt it will be a Barnsley (world war three might break out if it is )

Totally agree "AC".....sarcastic remarks about a behind doors training game !

    Firstly WHY ?

Based on what ? We might have played like Barcelona on speed for all you know !

I have seen enough to be optimistic - what do people get out of being negative all the time...don't get it !

Some say they are being realistic but they are not being realistic !

My eyes have seen potential about everything to do with our club - from top to bottom - I can see what "they" are trying to do - and all we can do - as supporters - is to hope they do get it right!

But being a small club - in perhaps the toughest league in the world - the doom and gloom merchants have the odds in their favour - too right it'll be tough EVERY GAME - too right we'll get beaten !

But I am very proud that the MILLERS are giving it their best shot with the resources they have!

SO if we loose Saturday - will some fans glote !

I hope to see progress and commitment!

I'll be very happy with that !. UTM

I thought we were improving steadily until that happened at Oakwell, now can't even beat a L2 in a behind closed doors game.

    Things can only get better

Barnsley blip and lucky for two goals that killed the game - county a friendly keep games in context of where we are in the season.....Wednesday should be on 3 points after 5 games if it wasn't for pure luck!

Barnsley played QPR & DERBY at the best possible time as they both will not play that badly again !

Saturday is the start of our season - we'll see where we are then. UTM

I hope our fans create a hostile atmosphere towards the opposition.
Remember what that nice Mr Johnson said their fans should do when we went there last season?
    Payback time maybe!
