OK, it's only the Challenge Cup some might say but it's the last 8 now and so gets very interesting. Do we want a home draw or maybe a step into the unknown and TNS away ? I hear that if we are drawn away to Wales , there might well be a busload of Qos fans resplendent in kilts appearing on their way back
from Wembley. My preference is fortress Palmerston against anyone.

A great draw for Queens and one in which they need to go into as though they were playing higher opposition.
Like the Stenny game, they need to try and get a couple of quick goals to draw the opposition out and avoid a stalemate situation.
Perfectly winnable, but it demands the proper mind set. I'm sure Mr. Skelton will be more than aware of that though!

A winnable tie but Alloa are no dummies and started the season with 10 straight victories in league and cup games. They are also the top scorers in their league. Their great early form prompted St. Mirren to sign up the Wasps manager Jack Ross so by the time the quarter - final comes along there will be a new man in the hot seat at Alloa.
