we want Evans we want evans

Bring him in after we lose to Birmingham so he has a credible amount of time to save us from the drop.

If we do go down you know Mr 4 promotions in 4 seasons will have us around the top.

Atleast we will be hard to beat

Id give Stubbs up until the Preston home game to get a win and good performance before a decision is to be made. We were never gonna win today regardless which manager we had but if he can't get a win out of Reading and Preston at home then im afraid he has to go because those are the games we need to be winning. Would love to see Evans back at the club again if it doesn't work out for Stubbs but im not sure everybody would be, it would be ironic if he came in after the Birmingham game the place he got the sack after getting a good victory.

    Define irony.

A group of fans want rid of Evans cause he's taken them as far as he can.

He gets the sack and a lot not all are happy.

They try different managers and are not happy so they then want Evans back.

    Lol.

I never wanted him to be sacked. To be honest at the time of his sacking I bet most people were happy with him.

I still don't know why he was sacked. Like I say though, it's too late for anyone!

By the end of the year we will have played 24 games and to be on or about target for survival need at least 24pts. We are half way there in terms of games played and only have 6pts leaving us needing 18 from 12. In the cold light of day that's 6 wins or 5 wins and 3 draws....etc. If it becomes apparent over the next 4 games that won't have a chance of happening then it's either time to pull the plug or start next season's League 1 planning early.

Steve Evans will not be coming back. Like you say Shark27.....it`s too late. Whoever comes in will still be stuck with the same squad till January. Regardless which motivational manager comes in " You can`t make a silk purse out of a sows ear "...or something along those lines.
I hope I`m wrong but I reckon we are stuck with AS till the end of the season & into League 1.
