A far better achievement as it will have to be sustained over many more games and will require harvesting something like 42-44 points.
If we survive under Jackett would you consider it a better acheivement than Warnocks last season heroics?
The one thing that will better it in my opinion will be that if he does then he will have built a platform to go from next season.
What do you reckon?
A far better achievement as it will have to be sustained over many more games and will require harvesting something like 42-44 points.
I think it would be on par, Jackett has got to sustain good results for a longer period of time but at the same time he has more margin for error having more matches and also Jackett has a January window to work with aswel. Both be amazing achievements though if Jackett can pull it off aswel.
If we survive which is a big if he will need some of the luck Warnock had.
Im a optimist but we look like a bottom 3 team at the moment let's hope he can get us going.
I wasn't going to Ipswich if Stubbs stayed but I'm going now.
So if we do stay up it will be a better achievement than what Warnock did.

Think Kenny Jackett has the skill to man manage one hell of a lot more than Warnock did. Methinks it will be tight but we will survive this season by a cats whisker, and prosper next season.
When you take a look back, it was really just a run of 6 games under NW (5W 1D) in 35 days (Brentford - Leeds) that secured our safety as ultimately 41pts would have been enough. NW achieved 1.5pts per game over 16 games and KJ will need 1.3pts per game over 33 games to get us to the same 49pts total. I'd say that is a much taller order.
NW did start with just 1pt and no goals from the first 3 games so likewise KJ will probably need some time to get his house in order. Maybe one good omen is the unbeaten run under NW all started after a 1-0 defeat to Reading. (I like clutching at straws)
I don't care which is the best between the two just as long as it happens. Having only seen the Brentford and Reading games this season I thought the effort was better this week apart from Izzy who didn't seem to be himself but everybody has the occasional off game. I just wish we hadn't got rid of Swift after that one bad game, he was impressive on Saturday and certainly better than JFC and SA.
