    O/T RIP x 3

Three sad losses from the world of entertainment I've seen reported today.

Jimmy Perry (93) - writer of classic comedies including Dad's Army and Hi-De-Hi

Bobby Vee (73) - 60s singer with hits including Take Good Care Of My Baby and The Night Has A Thousand Eyes

Pete Burns (57) - lead singer of Dead or Alive (You Spin Me Right Round)

    RIP

Thought Bobby Vee would have been 93 sure you got the year right CAM? Seems to have been around forever....

Pete Burns...how he let himself go over the years....

Child star Brin - only 15 when he stepped in to replace Buddy Holly at a gig just after his untimely death.

That's a relief. When I saw this thread title I thought Zilzal, IBS and Cheeks(s) had gone out together in a suicidal protest against declining standards on MM.

Bobby Vee was very popular in early 60's but dissapeared along with a few others when the phenomenon that was the Beatles happened.

Pete Burns dissapeared under a surgeons scalpel unfortunately.

    Jimmy Perry - class

R.I.P Bobby Vee. We will look for you in the night that has a 1000 eyes. Superb artist and memories.
