    Checkatrade Trophy Game Last Night

As it was only a fiver in i thought and go and watch the game against Accrington Stanley (who are they). Well i'd already managed to get a few reviews on the side from a couple of friends who watch almost every level of Wolves on a regular basis. I'd read quite a lot about Christian Herc and his goalscoring exploits and also the form of Connor Ronan. h lived up to hype. Bright Enobakhare looked a class above and deserved his goal. The away side's line up was filled with a mixture of youth and also football league journeymen, Gareth Taylor-Fletcher and later sub Chris Eagles.

The things that impressed about the 4-0 was the enthusiasm and players playing with no fear. A side where players looked to fight for every ball and press the opposition, but also break quick with players busting a gut to get forward.

The first and fourth goals were the pick for me, Christian Herc and Connor Ronan combining with the former scoring a well controlled and then finished effort. As stated previously the away side couldn't handle Enobakhare, his pace and trickery at times was good to see as with his goal.

On last night's showing quite a few have a big future ahead, but with the be all and end all of getting the premier league, only time will tell if any make a breakthrough at Wolves and become regulars.
