RIP Former Wolves Midfielder Ian Cartwright

I remember seeing him play a few times when i started going to games. My lasting memory of him though was where he made a guest appearance at my then local labour club in Upper Gornal around 1085.

    RIP Ian Cartwright.

I remember him but don't remember him if you get what I mean.

I was only reading the Tundra tribute thread a couple of days ago and it makes you realise what a horrible f*****g evil disease cancer is.
52 is no age, I'm only a few years away from that and it scares the bloody life out of me.

    God bless you Ian.

Don't remember the lad but RIP to a Wolf.

That upper Gornal WMC sits on the Dudley Road right? I played against them in a Birmingham Cup game back in the 1970's, blood for supper as the saying goes.

No, it's the Upper Gornal labour club on Clarence Street, just up the road from the Spills Meadow pub.

There you go, that's the place, just found it on Google maps. Always thought it was a WMC, I stand corrected.
