    Man of the Year, Team of the Year

    The man of the year has to be Sir Andy Murray. Arguably Scotland’s top sportsman ever. And his proudest moment of a magnificent year ………..



    Carrying the flag for Team GB, the Team of the Year. Punching well above its weight in the Olympic medal table. Confounding even Putin’s dope cheats. Magnificent performance from all the lads and lassies in Brazil. And every medal like a dagger to the hearts of the Wee Scotlanders. Every one gave them a pain in the pits of their stomachs. (Except the ones won by Scots that support independence of course)
