Hi pip_y, Faz Rawson refused to sign a contract back in August and he is out of contract in June 2017. He may have sorted his differences out with with Derby now though.
Derby were reportedly reluctant to let him out on loan or sell him. The lad wants 1st team football but not apparently getting it at Derby. Not had chance to check how his career is going since August, he may be part of McClarens plans.

He's in 1st team squad but I don't think he's played this season

If he's over his injury and back to 100% fitness then I'd have him back for sure

He should have been signed by the Millers,he wanted 1st team football at Derby County, he was not in the managers plans, so looked to moving on, after he & Broadfoot had struck up a good partnership for the Millers, it was a no brainer to sign the player, but again we wanted a Millers manager with a football brain.

RUFC don't do the obvious, that would have been far to straight forward for the technical committee Eric.

Liked Faz. Say we got him, do we think he should play alongside Broadfoot or Belaid or depending on the opposition? I would say we stick with Belaid as he has the speed Broady doesn't have and a better long term future for us.

Faz is a little slow but would combine well with either? Those three would be good cover for each other??

    Comments from our experts please

He was looking alright to me before his injury, didn't come back starting well and made mistakes but like I've said I'd he's injury free and fit then we should be looking at him.

Broadfoot or Belaid? Both make mistakes so either.

    My expert opinion

He needs someone at side of him with pace.

He got torn apart against Ipswich at Home when we played them.

Better than broadfoot and wood though in my expert opinion.
