A job he doesn't want. Also, he will get players in and then what if another manager doesn't want them? More wasted resources. Thought this would happen and just don't know what to think or where we go from here. What exactly is the plan? This I presume signals the white flag in terms of this season and the Championship then...

Then let him manage and get somebody else in to do the washing and ironing.

Good sensible commercial decision. We have been effectively relegated when AS was appointed now we need cut the cloth and rebuild for next year. We have a lot of time to plan, recruit players and think who the manager should be to make a challange next year

Yes that's what it is a commercial decision not a football one.

Cup defeat didn't matter. Warney must have learnt you can't play Broadfoot & Wood at CB. Of the 2 Wood looks the fitter to me. Forde is out of his depth, Taylor back in. Blackstock got to go, how can you be an agent & a player. Bogle from Grimsby let's put a proper bid in before somebody else nips in. Price we need another keeper in, don't like how he spills the ball. Play the Warnock way. D Ward on the left, one striker up front. Adeyemi, Vaulks & Newell in midfield.

But would you empty the coffers now Grist on some flight of fantasy that we might stay up, or forward plan?

No I wouldn't spurge the cash now, rebuild by buying the bricks one by one.

Warne to end of season looks sensible to me.

However we do need to invest in the "behind the scenes" stuff such as better training facilities, coaching staff and a real scouting structure (not just a bloke with a computer)
