    Senior

Well at last the new man breaks cover, by granting an interview with the LT.
On reading, It was just like me being back in work in a boardroom.
By that I mean it was very professional, whilst saying a lot, BUT at the same time saying nowt really.
Now each can read it in the way it comes across to them, but at this point in time I would say (as he does!) its a perfect/necessary fit.
Apparently, they're hurting (emotionally that is) ?

I agree, Despair. Not too much "concrete" detail, but a lot of generalisation. Well, we'll see.
I get very frustrated, reading many of the fan-comments on the LT site. I'd love to get rid of Venky's too, but when supporters write that the Raos are making a fortune out of Rovers as a tax write-off or "raking in millions" from transfers, I begin to wonder if there is an alternative reality I don't know about. One thing Venky's certainly HAVEN'T got out of BRFC is a profit!

They're raking back their losses, or at least the best they can manage.
Fairly understandable really, from a business wise perspective.
This is something many of the support cannot, or will not accept.
I am bemused why they think otherwise ie just keep 'investing'.

Yes - exactly that: "raking back". What amazes me is that as shrewd, successful business-people, they haven't just CUT their losses and done a runner altogether. All entrepreneurs make some mistakes, but usually they just get out from under and move on as quickly as possible. (Look at Trump's many business-failures!)
Senior talks about the Raos having some "emotional" commitment to the Club. Well, most of us would take a cynical view of that, but I do begin to wonder if there isn't a grain of truth in it. If not, I simply cannot see why they haven't bailed. It's not as if they can't sustain the overall loss, given their world-wide success in other ventures.
