    Why it Cant be Warne

If youre sick , just like our club , then you want to see a qualified doctor not the cleaner.
And if Warne takes the job on then who is going to put the little markers out on the pitch side before kick. off
Im fed up of all this loyality sh*t and "effort is everything" ....we need a professional to manage the club.If TS wants to nuture him and give him a try then do it with your money Tony not mine .

    As an "understudy"......

I have no doubt that we have a committee making the decisions - as is wise - considering the different expertise available....but it's that "good guy - bad guy" - that steely EVO stare that we're missing.

The players are players and will lose that essential edge without discipline - and the management team are all mates.

EVO didn't have "mates" - he followed fergies laws and I can't argue with that !

First rule of management " you can't be a manager and a friend"

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Manager employed in the Football League (or European Equivalent) with a proven track record of man management and a "positive track record".
Conversely , a person who is not a professional manager is a fitness coach who has never managed in a team environment.

I sort of agree with you BD but I think the Kempo jibe was unnecessary

Is Kempo a cleaner trying to be a doctor or is he a manager with no friends or maybe both or even a pal trying to be a manger ?
