In his attempt to dupe the Gulliblues into believing that all of this is Warburton's fault and not his, the GASL claimed that £18m of the £30m has already been spent. Given the shower of utter scheidt the £18m brought them, I don't think the remaining 12 will make much of a difference.
They are royally fkd. which is obviously good news for everyone else.
