Can we look at the decision makers because

I am a bit confused about some aspects of the set up.

It would appear that the Technical Committee make most of the decisions unfortunately and they are presently deciding on players for next year even though we don't have a new manager.

Can someone remind me who is on the TC.

Paul Douglas gets a bit of stick....What does he do..can someone give me a job description type run down of his duties.

Who actually is Douglas..what's his background...what is his work background before his full time job with the club...who are his friends,was he one of the Coleman mob?

What are his qualifications for the job he does?

Did several managers leave because they thought the technical committee were riding roughshod over their views.?

I imagine board meetings and Technical Committee meetings are similar to mafia meetings, heavily populated by members of the familia (correct spelling!).
When an item comes up for a decision everyone hesitates and waits to see what the Don thinks and then they all think the same.

The worrying thing is as we sit on the outside there are no visible signs that lessons are being learnt and things are going to be different going forward.

This summers recruitment is absolutely critical because of the ****e squad we currently have get it wrong and its league 2 here we come.

As Kempo says its bizarre that the recruitment guy and god-awful Technical Committee are working on next season signings when we have not got the manager in place so don't have a clue how he wants to shape the team or the tactics he will use.

All points to Warnes being given the job and I don't suspect I'll be alone in not renewing my season ticket if he does.
