So this is a "pre-meeting" to pick a politically correct RUFC fans representative that won't ask unwanted questions at the real meeting?

Can't see another thread about this.
What would you ask TS and PD? (sensible suggestions)
So this is a "pre-meeting" to pick a politically correct RUFC fans representative that won't ask unwanted questions at the real meeting?
When I read it there was one sentence that leaped out; 'The club are also looking for supporters to represent Rotherham United at an upcoming EFL Fan Engagement event at Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane on Monday 27th March.'
I can't believe for one minute that this done for no other reason than what you wrote Jolly. It wouldn't be happening if not.
Who would you want there representing the supporters?
PeteWaller
David_R
Mandy
lbj
Zippy
kempo
Monty
john2
jolly_roger
Millertop
I kept the list to these 10 as I think between them they could ask the questions we all want answering. I reckon that at least 2 of them will be there.
Are these questions to Rotherham United or to the EFL Fans Engagement? They are totally different set of questions surely. Only a few questions will be relevant won't they?
My question at the EFL would be.
Is it possible for staff to take up their old jobs in a club without upsetting then new appointments?
My Question to Stawart would be.
When you have finished with Rotherham United will you sell the ground to the new owner at the value left on the mortgage?
I beleive Jolly is right.
Already been a meeting at Wembley where supporters trust were invited so I'd expect the same ones turning up. Was it reported what happened in the meeting?
EFL- it would have to be a question about Officials (if allowed) and this loan system isn't working so that's another question.
TS- hand on heart, why have you let the fans and players down by not getting a manager in

No Jolly, the Millers Trust has had fairly regular meeting with TS since he took over, more regularly when the stadium was being built and a number of representatives of this board were on the fans steering committee which made a number of suggestions on elements of the stadium, many of which were implemented.
Clearly the management situation will be a large part of the discussion as will things like season ticket pricing, expectations and budget for next season and a potential fans forum. I placed this to see if there are any other issues you guys would like discussed in a positive way.
The meeting at Bramall lane isn't anything to do with tonights meeting and if the guys listed above are interested in going then they should get in touch.
So how come we never hear what's been said and what action the club took ?
And there you have it, the elephant in the room.
Why don't the club communicate with supporters and why don't the Millers Trust communicate with supporters?
Are the subjects of these "fairly regular meetings with TS" secret or is there really nothing worth reporting to us mere mortals?
No elephant Mellow, to be perfectly honest until this season the club has been generally successful under Tony Stewart and so the difficult questions have been at a premium. Fans had a say in the stadium and that was well publicised at the time. Tony has attended a number of fans forums over the years and I would like to see another before the end of the season so that everyone gets an opportunity to ask questions. Today's meeting is with Millers Trust and the supporters club, anyone who wishes to be involved with either of those bodies would be welcomed I am pretty sure of that.
If you think Tony is going to tell us who the manager is going to be next season and to keep it to ourselves, it won't be that kind of meeting. If you want to know that sort of thing then follow Deano on Twitter.
Personally on top of the items mentioned, I also want to discuss why we have announced talk to sign Ajayi. We have had our fingers burnt doing that on more than 1 occasion.
Does anybody have anything else?
Thanks Tony.
I would like to know why TS gave up on this season so meekly when Kenny Jackett walked away (I guess he won't tell us what really happened there).
At that time we were 11 points from safety with 28 games to go, 2 against Burton and one each against QPR and Wigan, all in the month of December.
Also the transfer window would open one month later.
And yet our chairman inexplicably gave the manager's job to our fitness coach who doesn't have the requisite qualifications for the job and said he didn't want it anyway.
There was an opportunity to bring in a proven manager, like he did when he went after Steve Evans, but TS didn't take it.
He chucked the towel in instead and there are now an awful lot of disgruntled supporters wanting to know what is going to happen next.
