Can't see Warney being a legend now in my eyes unless he can pull miracles off then he can have a statue outside NYS

There is only one way I see this ending. To be fair though, if he draws the comparison between making his family happy with the notion of getting tougher in the dressing room then he might just do what he needs to. It is a big risk for him as we have alluded to previously.

He's no longer a fitness coach he's the manager now so he should be judged as one going forward.
I'll give him 100% support and if he fails I'll treat him as any other manager.

Cement round the ankles and dipped in river don.

For one i'm fully behind the bloke, i know not many will be surprised at that but heyho...to be fair, he know's the game, he's been in it long enough, i'm sure he's weighed everything up and still took the plunge, we just need to get behind the bloke and not bitch and moan if we lose a couple......

A two week trip to an Irish coaching camp isn't going to fill the astronomical voids in Warnsey's managerial knowledge - and that's not including the football.

Man management isn't about being mates....and being nice at professional football management is ok superficially but deep down - the players are simply chess pieces that must go exactly where they are put....but the manager ultimately wins or loses the game by his tactical nouse.....

There will not be a less experienced manager in all leagues within the UK and that's a very sobering thought indeed....

    Check mate.....perhaps ?
