    Well you better get started early then because we certainly need a major overhaul as there are a number of players who lack quality in this squad and are not fit to take us forward to the next step.

    Nigel Pearson made a balls-up by not getting rid of the bunch when we lost to Burton away, but as usual Nigel is not the sort of person who likes to get his hands dirty and be full on with his job, he likes to have it all set out in front of him and not have much to tweak.

    The sooner we start our redevelopment, the better the start to the season we have.

    To be fair I have not got an expectation of Rowett, think next season we will be in and around the top 6.
