EFL Cup - Third Round Draw.

I think the F in EFL stands for farce. Listening to comments on the radio whilst driving home, it seems that greed has well and truly backfired in this case - good!

    Anyway - it's Wolves v Bristol Rovers.

During the week commencing 18 September.

Hi woody - long time no see! Must be a good three years now. Hope you are well.

This link should give you some insight into what has been going on. If you have problems with access in Trumpton, let me know.

The main issue is that the draw for each round has been made in Asia at 0415 BST where no-one is interested and most people over here are fast asleep. The draw has tended to be very slow and amateurish with a number of mistakes for the Second Round draw. The current Third Round draw seemed to go on forever. To call it a shambolic farce would be being kind!

All for the sake of the best sponsorship deal and stuff the punters over here!

    Anyway, best wishes.

Yes, Hiya Wokes, good to hear from you again. I think I did see something about this business before. The truth is more and more of these activities are going to be aimed at the Asian fan base. That's were the money is and the potential audience is incredible and lets face it it is just a money game now anyway.

Hoping to get back in October to see a couple of games, just have to see how my work load pans out. Fingers crossed.
