Cheers mate. We are not too bad here, front yard is flooded but that is not unusual. It is the poor sods on the south and east of downtown that have been hammered. They a forcast another 15-25 inches of rain over the next three days which will be really piling it on. It will probably be just an inconvinence for us but you never know.

Hi Woody, It's good to know your safe, mate. I think what Newcy really means is that it would be hard to tell the difference in ' God's Country' where, as we both know, it rains most of the time......mind you, it's still a lovely, green and pleasant land.

I think back in the day looters were shot, and quite rightly too, but not anymore. However they have just increased the penalty to five years to life in the hope of keeping the barstewards down.

Glad you're keeping dry Woody. My mom had a few inches of water in the house, not unusual. My sister who lives in Spring had to evacuate. The house BTW was due to be repossessed at the end of the month, so it's all good I guess.
