Thread: Traore

    Traore

Thought he was excellent yesterday. His passing and movement had our midfield chasing shadows at times. Never understood why we released him.

Much easier when the players you are playing with move into space and the opposition don't close them down.

    Decent player though, I agree.

He played too much like Stanley Aborah, and we don't want to work with that type of player, apparently.

Drissa has certainly developed physically since the time he was with us. In those days he was not as robust, and bearing in mind he isn't tall anyway, it meant he looked a bit overwhelmed in League One. You can see he has progressed, and he suits Forest green's playing style.

Yeah, who needs a player that can hold onto it in midfield and find another team mate with a pass to keep possession for your team eh?

The big difference is that Traore actually broke sweat and put in a few tackles when his team didn't have the ball.

We played that poorly we made their whole team look like Brazil.

Poor tactics and poor team selection once again.....We shouldn't have changed the side that beat Exeter so easily..

Didn't go yesterday but glad to hear he had a good game. Remember being very impressed when he made his debut for us against MK Dons in front of a big crowd, ran his nuts off and showed he had good feet.

Pity he didn't fit Derry's grizzled old dogs o'war mould.

Please see my arguments with kill_the_drum on the thread "Nolan's team selection".

    Agreed Durham.
We played very well at Exeter.
Changes were made and they worked.
Saturday against fgr we were poor.
If you give any side in any division that kind of time and space, then they will look good and hurt you.
We need to start doing the basics again..
With heart and desire, then you earn a right to win.
