    Unfortunately I don't think he will. Denmark will qualify. Ireland play boring dreadful football, I'd prefer the Danes.

    Looked at another way..... Are England more likely to beat the Irish or the Danes......... I think they are.

    Good luck to him. Strange how so many, me included, don't rate his captaincy but he keeps being chosen.
    Must have some leadership qualities.

    Can they all be wrong Romanis? Clough(?), McClaren, Clement (eventually I think), Wassall, Pearson, McClaren again, Rowett and the Irish boss have all picked him as captain.

    He seems to be either Captain or on the bench. That baffles me somewhat.
