This may come back to bite me - i hope it does.

Also aware that we're all aware of this but having the rant about it anyway

Again today we've actually created several chances before Watford have scored and taken the lead. We could have scored twice - Joselu and Ritchie.

Like last few games we're not scoring our chances and that will kill us more than anything.

Whatever happens we need a striker who can score that Rafa will play.

Joselu is a 1 in 7 games striker (I think, it might be 10) and it shows.
Gayle is struggling in the prem.
Mitro regardless of fan feelings towards him he clearly isn't rated and won't be played.

I'd rather we spend no money elsewhere and spent everything on getting a striker in Jan, even if it was on an extortionate loan fee.

I have no idea who would be available on loan or for sale which is why i've not suggested any names.

To clarify for anybody that choose to intepret this as me getting on Rafa's back, or turning on him. In no way is that what i'm doing or think. Rafa was ****ed over by Ashley, 99% of us agree on this - hence why he was happy spending the £10 million on a player he knew he had to bring on slowly etc. Had he known that before hand i don't think we'd of gone for Murphy.

Good post, I agree. But the current situation reminds me a little of the Pardew days. He wasn't given a lot of money to spend either, but what he did have he slowly, but surely f*cked up. Don't think Rafa will f*ck it up as such, but he deserves criticism - IMO - for not working with what he's got. Yes, we need a new striker, but we do have a striker who is scoring goals for fun internationally, who defenders are afraid of and who simply isn't the given the chance.

Don't really care that Rafa trusts Joselu now that we've lost four in a row.

Not sure i can see us getting much in any of those games at the minute, although that is mainly because i'm looking through a very negative "****ing hell another defeat" mindset
