I can’t find a video re run of it to comment lookeda soft one for me from where I was but Mason

I think was convinced he would get an opportunity to do us out of a point.

There were quite a few Arsenal bookings that should have happend but didn’t , you felt he would cheat us at some point.

However like I said I’d like to see the incident.

Here’s a video and in the final shot after the pen there is a replay you get Masons angle which shows a clear push by Tarks as he falls.
However if you look at an identical push on Barnes at 3 mins you might feel we were shafted. Mason was nowhere near he’s over on the left 35 yards out

Southgate was at the game so maybe he’s taking Pope Tarks and Mee seriously.

Not it sticking up for Mason, but Barnes was clearly offside when the ball was played

Was it called offside though? I only saw this video and Barnes doesn’t stop complaining so assumed it wasn’t.

Read somewhere that Mason gets 2 out of 3 decisions wrong. Looks not far off.

it was close....from what I see, he was waiting for the cross and onside when Brady had the ball....just a split second while Brady readied it - but then Barnes had moved slightly offside.

Not sure why you think he was there to watch Burnley players... (As much as I would like to think he was)..
