With a severance package, I'm sure Paul will indeed have a Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas Paul from your friends at Swansea City. Classy timing.....

Hmmmm...so maybe our Mel wasn’t so wrong. About two years since three of the most abysmal Rams’ performances I’ve ever seen...Fulham at home, Boro’ away and Birmingham home.
Clement just isn’t up to much imo...but I’ll bet diamonds - if I had any - Welsh Tony gets the job and keeps Swansea up now.
Some people are better as assistants than being head honcho.
Clement is clearly 1 of these.
Shouldnt be anywhere near a manager role imo, hes boring and un motivational, a man that brags about having top stars memorabilia is a clown, how areyou supposed to motivate players at a smaller when you idolise top stars? I can just just imagine him sitting there with his wife and he fetches his ronaldo picture out.. look duck, this was when i got him to smile for the camera after our win at velencia. A muppet.
Complete rubbish.
A stand up guy who is very professional and was not sacked by Derby for footballing reasons!
He some how saved Swansea from relegation then lost his better players in the summer.
Give him a break!
If I was a club chairman I would be thinking......... Clement comes after everything and then some as a #1
Point 1 to RamFantastic.
He did save Swansea.Fact.
Rebuttal from RamAnag or DCFC?
Ramfantastic leads 1-0
No ‘rebuttal’ really Rom...just a different view. Clement did well, and got lucky, at Swansea last season, but in the grown up world of actually building and developing a team he appears to need Ancelloti to hold his hand imo.
Can’t actually see how being ‘very professional’ and being sacked for non footballing reasons go together either and there is little denying that the football we played during the last three months of Clement’s tenure was dire...he had two and a half good months at Derby and little more at Swansea.

Absolutely spot on, unfortunately spending the summer arguing about the fee for the Sigusson, left no time to get a replacement in, Swansea are a shambles at the mo as the turnover of managers in recent years has shown.
But yes sacking Clement when he had derby 5th was a really good piece of business...NOT!
