After a nightmare journey up here Notts certainly cheered me up.Morecombe where a very poor side and they reminded me of Notts under Sheridan. Anyway, out to sample the delights Morecombe as to offer but looking at the place I think we will be back in our hotel within the hour . COYP

Well I'll let you off Apple malfunctions. Thought be a Navy Man you'd relish being by the seaside and there's a statue to look at too. Talking of which I've just watched a recording of last night's "Morecambe & Wise Christmas Show 1977" - which would probably have meant nothing to anyone younger than 60. James Hunt driving the Mini - hilarious.

Must have been some good Fish & Chips there too and a pint to finish off an excellent day for the Pies.

During one of the many hold ups on our way up here today I asked my 12 year old lad who is favourite Notts player of all time is to kill some time , tells me he only remembers the bad ones so I ask him to name them , well that kept him busy for the rest of the journey ! Did Radio Nottingham say how many Notts fans where there today ? I would guess at about 450, very quiet though including me but then again I always am. Apart from chanting " off off off " after Brisley's challenge last week I cant remember raising my voice at a game. One last word on the Ref today , by far the best I have seen this season.

There is only so much of the blue ( ish ) stuff a man can take Old pie , had a couple of pints though and a burger in spoons but a long drive in the morning and the fact its flucking freezing up here made us beat a hasty retreat back to our hotel.

You are certainly a lot better at Match Ratings than me.......apparently I am chit?

MOM, Spot on, Aless was awesome........Jones is a far better option than Dicko though Dicko looks normally solid, agreed.....Jones releases Grant to roam around the box, he can score for fun given the space....Fitz commanded his box well so I would add 0.5 to his score.....well done for the support, it sounded pretty noisy on iFollow.....COYP
