Strong Rumour
Wolves have been linked with Portuguese, Benfica midfielder Joao Carvalho. Carvalho is twenty and has already played for his club in the Champions League this year. He has 13 under 21 caps for his country. It is understood that the Benfica president has visited Wolves to discuss the potential transfer.
One fly in the ointment is that Arsenal are also interested in the player.
