JTW Must haves and can goes.

Leonard and Clayton. Minimum 2 quality, fast, dominating midfielders.
A fast striker who isn't scared to shoot. Grabbon miles away the best loan but may not be available. Cole or Sinclair no thanks.
    A CB.A leader,communicator.

Send CCV back. Thanks and bye kid.
    Carruthers out.

Anything less than that level of quality coming in either as a purchase or loan and we will throw away the season.

Hanson is a must to go I'd put lavery in there too don't think he's got enough at this level Samir has been a huge disappointment after his exciting cameo at Southend I almost wish I'd never seen it cos that would make this decision so much easier. I'm not one for goin back in for players who have blown us out so I'll say we need a Ricky Holmes type player out wide the kid is perfectly suited to our style of play I just hope chris knows of another like him. Been totally underwhelmed with CCV all season if I'm honest the least I'd do is bring jake Wright back to organise us at the back cos JOC is starting to look lost at times without him as I can't see us bringing another centre half in. Rumour from today was leonard is stuck there till the summer it's not from any of my sources tho so hope it's bunkum as we need a couple more in the middle

We'll try to sign the best that League One has to offer, baulk at the £750,000 price tag and end up with the next best League One has to offer

sinclair is the interesting one for me that sbt says he doesnt want know its very doubtful chris would be back in for him after the fiasco with his money grabbing agent but hes just the type of player i feel we need right now got pace takes men on and would create things for our strikers very very unlikely we will try for him i know adam clayton also would be a great signing imo wages could be an issue there however not sure we will be back in for cole and leonard and murphy look out of our reach as would grabban i think the other loan could be for james wilson or shane long but once again wages could be a stumbling block

Do you think any deals will be done to play at Derby
I ask this because I thought a few years ago when we were short of players we had some in straight away for the Doncaster game away on New Years day
Usually we wait while after cup games but then best available picked over
You can guarantee Warnock and Clough will have been monitoring who we are looking at and will try and get in before us
Yes disappointing yesterday but surely all Blades will take what we have done in 2 years and where we are
OK still around the top six so any better quality hopefully will give us a chance to go on the early season form and run UTB

Outgoing. Hanson, Lavery, Ccv, Carruthers. I’ll leave the ins to Chris!

Agree with that list. Hanson was always short term to get us over the line last term. Lavery is young and keen but CW must know now that he isn't the future for us at this level and CCV was ok at first but has struggled recently.
The biggest disappointment for me though has to be Caruthers. I was at Southend to see him and thought. Wow. This is one hell of a signing and the Bolton home game last season I thought he was unplayable however as much as i really like Samir as a player he has regularly blown his chances to claim a shirt and yesterday he was pretty poor. I have heard also that his family are unhappy up here so he may end up with his mate Karl Robinson at Charlton.?

    IN:

    Joe Riley - Loan
Adam Clayton - Loan (hope that's realistic but don't expect it to be)
    Erhun Oztumer - 400k
    Jamie Murphy - Loan

    OUT:

    Ben Heneghan - Loan
    Nathan Thomas - Loan
    Samir Carruthers - 450k
    James Hanson - 150k

Obviously, for once, we ain't got a barrel of money, but I'd be happy with those high calibre signings.
