Second time you've mentioned him now - are you related?

I see his level as being above league 2 and the fact he's figured in their first team a few times this season would suggest it is. Maybe a top end league 1 side on loan. Highly doubt they'd send him to us.

Would be nice for a similar style player. Maybe one not so low on confidence and who hasn't taken 6 months to start getting booed by his own fans.
