The problem is the owner.
play agains Burnley
surely we have to attack them and go for a win
if we sign anyone they surely wont be starting as its sunday now and a medical etc will take a day or two
if we lose and get no players in do we get a new manager to try nad get a bit more from what we have ??
do we stick with a manger that has taken us down before with little more than a whimper
i just cant see rafa getting enough from the players he has said time and time again arent good enough to keep us up
the whole club needs a lift
we aint getting sold which would have put a buzz around town
it looks like apart from a goalie (anyone will do ) and second rate striker noone else is coming in
is that enough to keep us up
i dont think we will go down as there are 3 teams worst than us currently
but as we aint improving under rafa
it leaves little to be sure of
The problem is the owner.
the last time i met him
ash didnt have a coaching badge
Really?
You're going to be that obtuse.
Why am i even asking, of course you are.
the truth is terry the players are nort responding to Rafa
are they as bad as they were against chelsea
as a team yes as individuals no they are not
why would you even go into a knock out cup and not have mitro on the bench ??
the omly premier forward we have brought
the truth is with rafas contacts that people keep telling us he has he hasnt managed to convince any half decent player to come and play for him
if we dont get a forward in by thursday icant see any of our current lot be given enough game
time to get their sharpness back
forwards need time
ours are not getting it
this is why they are not scoring
we also dont have a system
rafa sets up every week not to loose and isnt bothered about playing one forward and playing to that players strenghths
because he keeps droping players their is no bond no understanding
yes it would be nice to have an owner who gives him 40 mill every window
but we dont have it
what we do have is a vey expensive manager that is not improving us or getting the best from what he does have
To be honest,I thought we did ok against Chelsea, apart from the last 3rd of the pitch. Blatantly obvious where we need players, Gayle and Joselu cant cut it, but I'm not saying anything we all haven't heard before, its becoming a wee bit boring now, repeating the same old, same old, WE NEED SOME ACTION.
Who do you want to bring in then? Koeman who couldn't get anything out of his 100mil worth of signings?
I am not excited about the football we're playing at the moment, but it's the only we are going to get results and stay in the top league; this I'm greatly excited about.
