PL - Table after fixtures of 5/2/18.

Remember, as both a twenty year bond holding Leeds fan and a New England Patriots season ticket holder (bugger!), I'm barely human and the stresses and strains of both literally and figuratively using my cranium to enter your incredibly well-considered scores isn't always as accurate as it might be. Oh, and it hurts too.

Well, that was arguably the least satisfying sporting weekend I've had in a very long time, with a pair of thoroughly annoying avians being the root cause of my irritation.

in the PL, Chelsea shot all active posters in their club feet, but Silentman (xEEx) skimmed through the dross to score twelve golden points out of the eigh**** remaining. Fly like an Eagle.

Three active posters, Davee59 (xOxE), MORRIM (xExO) & Orgoner (xOxE), joined Homer (OOOx) & Hgatenasty in scoring nine points. Bluebirds of happiness.

Nasty's genius laissez-faire strategy continues to prove remarkably successful: he maintains his six points lead over Orgoner and is nine points ahead of Silentman at the top of the PL table.

All were present and correct, if (obviously) not in their predictions.

There was one draw, so any Strike One, Strike Two or Strike Three posters would've scored three, two or one for their total lack of effort and Johnny_Default moves to ninety-six points for the season.
