    Next up - Rangers

Motherwell and Rangers resume league duties at Fir Park on Saturday after the international break. The home side earned a point against Celtic in the last outing and will hope for more following the lunchtime kick-off. - External Link

This will either be a typical Motherwell v Rangers game at Fir Park where we match them but miss sitters or miss a penalty, or hit the post in the last minute as we lose narrowly...

...or we scud them two or three nil and record our first league victory over them in over fif**** years.

Neither result would surprise me in this one.

Win the midfield battle and you win the game against Rangers. As they tend to push an extra forward up the pitch at the expense of an extra man in midfield. In some ways I think this could be a good chance to record a victory against them

This is NOT going to happen as with exception Campbell, our mid-field a weakness.

Carrumba ... time for Rose & Frear to step up and attempt a tackle and McHugh to be alert and not get caught on the ball.
