    Any Problems getting tickets?

nyone have any problems? The DET is reporting fans 'fuming', I actually haven't come across anyone who didn't get what they wanted. Is this just the DET stirring up a minor issue?

    Anyone?

I had a problem with the online services on getting tickets and I used the phone services instead and got them straight away.

My advise use the phone services and ditch the online services more reliable.

Online was fine this morning for me AF...took twenty five minutes to go from being #nine hundred and twenty something in the queue at 9.00 o’clock to printing four tickets at home.
Needed customer number, password, email address and card details...and that was that. Better and simpler experience than anticipated.

Ring up in the early hours of the morning soon as they open their lines up and get ordering those tickets as they are first come, first served as they are now on General sale.

Season ticket holders had till 5pm on Sunday to get tickets ordered by Phone and normal 24/hours online service.

Yesterday season ticket holders had till 5pm to book their normal seats, they use all season before they went on General sale to the public who if they didn’t manage to book will have their seat eligible for someone else to use it instead.

DCFC website is unreliable in trying to get tickets, best doing it the old fashion way which is more reliable and trustworthy and less likely to be *uck ups.

Only 2010 tickets for DCFC at away leg. Should anyone have a spare please let me know. I'm in London accidentally on purpose for business Monday/Tuesday.

I have been advised that you can get tickets in the "neutral zone" next to the away fans "IF YOU HAVE A PURCHASE HISTORY" with the Club. Now as it happens, I do have such, having bought tickets there before - but at the moment their club site does not recognise my account / member number. I suspect that these tickets are not on general sale yet and will keep trying.

Thanks Geoff good to know. They usually give us 3000 and still have the neutral zone so thought they'd maybe allocated half of that end to home fans.
