Dear Doctor, my wife thinks I'm mad

    Dear Doctor,

I show symptoms of listlessness and ennui when England games are on tv. I much prefer watching re-runs of the play-off semis and wonderful Wembley. My wife thinks I'm mad. Is she right?

Summer means Rugby League for me, well Spring and Summer.

Used to be about cricket, does anyone care about that anymore?

Well, if you were bored with the two England performances at the World Cup and the 5-0 Australia whitewash, I fear that you are beyond help.

So is the thrill is winning, regardless of the quality of the opposition? It has become a cliche that
there are no easy international games, but I think you would find it difficult to find a pundit who would claim that Panama were a class opposition. Similarly, the Aussies sent over a weak 2nd XI.
I expect Warney’s Warriors to tank Parkgate, but I wouldn’t attach too much importance to it.

Memory loss is not a laughing matter millavanilla. And anyway, Kempo can't be expected to remember all the teachers there during his 14 years at rgs.
