    I look at it this way. We have been linked with at least 10 senior pros coming in plus, it feels like, almost as many Chelsea youngsters on loan. The exit stories cover our best players in Vydra and Carson and now Coldplay and Pearce.

    Journos have to write something on a daily, and it feels like hourly, basis. 99.9% of what is in the papers is either BS or agents trying to get their cut of either a bigger wage at the club the player is at or from the transfer fee and wage at a new club.

    I ignore it until I see soemthing on it from Derby County.

    I've never seen Marriott play But if you watch his goals on Ytube he looks a player quick strong and two footed scores all sorts of goals Personally I would take a punt i know he's scored in the lower divs but a goalscorer will always be a goalscorer At 23 he's got years in front of him
