Well done to the Abba footy team, they actually won the group. lol
And if the draw works out that way, England could play them or Switzerland in the Qtrs. If thats the case, then well done to them for getting that far

Well they lost 3-2 to us at Euro '12 of course. But apart from that, they havent lost to us since Stroller was a little nipper.

Its like Python, "apart from all that.. what have the Romans ever done for us ?". lol

Quite true Acido, lost in 2012 and a friendly in 2011 maybe (?), but, since the late 60s I think they are our two defeats - quite ok being the smaller football nation.

Yep we beat them in a friendly as well not so long ago lol.
I look back to Italia '90 when the Swedes lost all three group games 2-1 (against Brazil, Scotchland, & Costa Rica), they won the qualifying group that we were involved in and had good expectations for that tournament.
And after hosting Euro '92, they got to the Semis in WCup '94 which was a massive surprise. And Im sure I dont have to tell you this, you know it anyway lol.

So its onto us and our match against the coffee barons tomorrow, and two other teams that begin with Sw.. !!.

Didn't I ask a while back, what would happen if we met Sweden in the latter stages. I never knew it was a possibility though when I asked it, it was more mucking about to be honest.

Could be a good interesting day this one, down to the local in Port Isaac with Sweden shirt on (maybe keep it during England game too, if we have won that is). Could of course be mistaken for Colombia shirt... 😬
