    Jack Cork

What a class act this lad is , if I’m being truthful looking at our players on the field yesterday he was the one that looked a premiership footballer.
Composed , energetic , doesn’t waste much and a quality finish to boot.
I think if Defour had played along side him we would have footballed them of the park as he would have got it down and controlled things better ( Westwood is a worker - that’s it for me runs a lot but gives ball away cheaply ).

I know we are a tad biased, but I was surprised he did not go to Russia.

Westwood is limited, but that's not his fault, he is what he is. He was only ever signed as cover, it's just circumstances that have seen him have a long run in the team. Having said that, it was an exquisite chip in behind their defence for the first goal, even Defour would have been proud of that one.

But you're right of course army, if we can get Cork, Defour and Brady on the pitch at the same time, we'll be a different proposition.

The pass was a beauty Sinkov , I just though when Lennon constantly ran in behind there full back that the ball should have gone to him ( several times Westwood checked and played back into there wall of 8-9 players ( felt a bit sorry for Lennon first half as he made the runs just the ball didn’t come.)
Also Joey really does have the ability to change games I just wish he’d be on the front foot more as when he does it he worries teams ( drifts in and out of the game sometimes ) frustrating as he definitely has the talent.

Yes army my MoM, didn’t put a foot wrong. For the rest they looked better than last week and it is still preseason. We could do with a clean sheet though.
Lindegaard looks an excellent keeper and Taylor changed the game when he came on, Jo was everywhere twisting and turning. ONeill got on and did nothing wrong - not much right but good experience.
    Is Mee going I wonder?
