We currently have a number of player's with International recognition , if they were called up ? Would we be allowed to postpone any of our league games ? Or does this only apply to Premier and Championship Clubs ?

No , the club can request a postponement if enough players are not available due to call ups , two or three should be enough to have the game called off .
