    New Signings

    Hey Lads,

Unfortunately didn't get to watch the game (was on 1am here in Aus on a Monday fml), from all i heard it was boring anyway but what do we expect against Chelsea just have to accept this is our style against the bigger clubs

But i saw Rondon, Schar and Ki started how do they play?

Don't forget Fernandez...he was actually the best of the bunch, imo. Rondon? Hard to tell because he was so isolated but the ref gave him very little protection. Schar was ok and was unlucky with the pen although it looked like his positioning was poor. Ki did ok, I thought.

Fernandez was a mountain. Schar did ok and will get better for sure, if he's allowed to.
Ki I thought did a very good job as did Diame.
Rondon tried but got little change out of the scraps he was fed on.
Too early to tell how good he will be but if he's catered for I think he can cause some real trouble and chip in with double figures.

It's all going to depend on how Rafa sets it all up.

Whoops forgot about Fernandez, good to hear he did well i have to say when i heard we signed him i thought it was a canny signing along with Schar.

Didnt think Rondon would get much given the way the team was set up given our run of fixtures i expect he will have similar games hopefully he can keep his head up

Aye, Fernandez looked more than comfortable, I thought. Good signing in Lejeune's absence.

I hope Murphy starts every game ahead of Atsu, even if his end product needs a bit of working on.

he had a thankless task. He was doing a similar job to the one Perez is normally asked to do and basically ran down blind alleys until he lost the ball.
