Our next two away games are against Hull and Ipswich, two of the poorest teams in the division. Sandwiched between these we are at home to Leeds. We therefore need to target these two away games as victories and hope that we can get something from the Leeds game, a difficult task. Let's hope that the injuries that we had yesterday will be overcome by next weekend. My other desire is that Moore finally wakes up and 'smells the coffee' regarding Bartley. My opinion is that not only is he very poor but also a diruptive influence in always blaming others. This is not a good trait. My worry is that he is so entrenched in his views on players that he won't change. Thankfully he has to replace Bartley for Saturday as he is not available.

The realities of the Baggies end game
Lai paid way too much for club- look at sale prices of our neighbours so little investment money available
His strategy to have a premier league club flagship has failed
I would guess he already wants out- the parachute payments and a firesale price will get all his cash back.
There will be minimal investment in players or management - DM is NOT the answer but the results are not Lai's main concern
It is not about football but business for him
Where does that leave us? just like Peace said- Jeez what a businessman selling the club at the top-[ish]- to be a mid table championship club.
No point wishing it different Lai has to sell and go- he can sell us and will have to sell us for a bargain price but not a prob if he gets the parachute payments and no investment.
Take the pain it could be another 2 years-
Looking forward to the team without Bartley. Maybe DM will recognise an uplift in the players without his attitude on the pitch. (And dressing room maybe ?)
