Norwich City have signed Basford United's 18yr old striker Kole Lambert. How come we have not seen this guy?

Been a bit of uproar over this as he was at Basford 's academy and was studying with them as well. Norwich just came in and took despite him being well into his academic year's.
On the flip side Basford did it to Long Eaton United as well, swings and roundabouts and all that but unless your a top 6 premiership side you will always have players taken from you.
