From end of Jan 2017 we got 30 points from the remaining 18 games finishing on a comfortable 56.
We now need 29 points from the remaining 17 games to scrape 50 which should be enough.
I can't see what else NA could do. He's brought in on paper some spine, some strength, some energy. Surely the bit of luck he needs is going to arrive? The squad is now better than the one two years ago.
The problem is it could easily be 29 points from the remaining 14 games just because of the way the fixtures have turned out. We could have done with playing some of these games pre-window have have the easier games we've squandered with the better squad.
Whilst thanks are due to AH for backing the manager no thanks are due for making such a pr!ck of himself and giving doubt around the club. Part of KN's early success I think was because of the breath of fresh air AH brought after the RT. But it is what it is an NA deserves something out of this. Let's hope he's still able to be the manager he has been.
