Tried to reply to your pm,.....Also could not reply to that either, Despite another wasted 20 minutes trying.
It came up.
1, you are not logged in, Fill in the form at the bottom of the page, And try again!!
2 You may not have sufficient privelges to access this page/ Are you trying to Edit someone else"s post,..Admin features or some other privilage system
3, If you are trying to post the Administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation..

Hope you get this,...But Doubt it...
