    Home to Villa tonight (Wednesday)

This is the 18th time these teams have met with Aston Villa winning 12 of those fixtures. The Millers have won four of the encounters and there has only has been one draw between the sides, dating back to January 1971. The first time these teams met was in February 1953 in the FA Cup, with Aston Villa winning 3-1 away at Rotherham. In the last seven meetings, Rotherham have only won once, winning away at Villa Park 3-1 in October 1971 and losing the other six. In the last meeting, Aston Villa won 2-0 at Villa Park in September 2018, courtesy of goals in each half from Tammy Abraham and Yannick Bolasie.

Yes Pocket I’ll be happy with the draw

    Come on you Millers!!!

    7:45 KO

    Others of interest tonight

    Birmingham v Sheff U

    Brentford v Ipswich

Hull v Wigan. think Wigan are the ones we need to lose for us to stay up

Millwall v QPR . I’ll be surprised if Millwall don’t win, they also have the easiest run in imo so very good chance of staying up

    Norwich v Reading

Take the draw now, can't see Villa not scoring.

    1-1

    One more point to safety.

My brain is like a super computer it’s constantly updating.
2-2 against Villa 1-1 against WBA away. 😎

The fixture brings to mind two matches against them:

The fantastic cup win at Villa Park under Tommy Docherty

Absolute carnage on the Tivoli one year (viewed, by me, from the safety of the "best side") One Rotherham fan was wading in swinging a crutch!

Win would be fantastic. Draw would be good.
Not optimistic we'll get either. ffs prove me wrong lads!

If we can keep Grealish, Abraham, Hourihane, McGinn, Adomah, Kodja, quiet then we have a chance of a point.....

I think they're going for seven wins in a row.....Let's spoil their party....

EDIT : it's games like this one that makes me grateful we're in the Championship in the first place.

    This ☝
Accrington in league 1 or Aston Villa in the championship. No comparison is there.

Tonight we will win 2-1. I don't think we've had a penalty since Ryan Manning was here. We're due one and tonight's the night we get one, last minute ala Donny last season.
