    No, you can't blame them.

    Imagine the boot on the other foot.

    I dont think Gerrards ready yet anyway and he would be committing career hari kari coming here.

    I want the best for the Toon, but it cant happen while FCB is here. Nothing progressive has, is or can happen.

    It all sticking plaster mentality.

    I can't believe he thought Rangers would have anything to do with him after his antics up there.

    Says a lot when even new managers like Gerrard are turning it down though, just shows how toxic the job is looking.
