company director’s conduct as being ‘unfit’

Anyone can report a company director’s conduct as being ‘unfit’.

    ‘Unfit conduct’ includes:

allowing a company to continue trading when it can’t pay its debts
not keeping proper company accounting records
not sending accounts and returns to Companies House
not paying tax owed by the company
using company money or assets for personal benefit

So 4 out of 5 or all 5?

Only one question. Who's doing it?

One more question: would it do the football club any good or could it damage us?

... 1. It might do us and, coincidentally, other poorly run clubs, some good.
... 2. What more possible damage could it do? We are all but completely damaged as a club. Only the supporters, the manager and some players are worthy of some credit (IMO).

What good would it do the club? Not being argumentative, am genuinely interested. This time next week well have a clearer idea of our fate. My sense is that this time round, we as supporters are resigned to whatever comes next, there's little appetite for a fight to save us. Understandable really, given our history.

... well if it means the (useless) football authorities start to properly address the notion of 'fit and proper' then that will do some good in the future. Or ... do we sit back and say it's not my job ...?
