Fittest? . Personally, I feel he's running them into the ground in training as they looked shagged out when it comes to a proper game.

Noticed Lamy was on the bench Saturday so a straight swap?

Mattock was never going to drop into his natural left back position so, you have to question why Lamy wasn't used instead of Mattock on the left when Hastie came off.

    Thanks for the article Paul.
Would you please ask Paul Warne why so many of our players are getting this type of injury.
It's not unreasonable to think there may be something wrong with the training methods given the frequency of the problems and the length of time that players are not available.
We only have a small squad and it is being depleted on a regular basis.

How long was Ogbene with the club before he got injured? 2 days was it? Wow! Warney is obviously some sort of sadistic genius if his harsh training regime can seriously be blamed for Ogbene's injury.

As it says in the article:-

“Rotherham had been prepared to sub the substitute against Tranmere. However, the player insisted he could carry on.”

"At one stage, we were taking him off, but he said he could handle it," Warne said . "He was running at 8/10. Considering that, his pace was impressive. He still looked quick to me."

So had PW took him off (as tougher minded managers would) the injury would have been less serious.

This certainly seems to be a case of poor judgement by Warne - not taking him off earlier.

That's a totally separate point from the teams fitness or PW's training methods so I'm not sure why you think it somehow answers the quoted post of mine

He probably wanted to avoid the mounting criticism about his substitutions and save his family from abuse

I hate training comments from Warney

It’s who gets the 3 points on the day that matters, I don’t care if one runs up a mountain, the other runs up a hill , everyone is different

    Just calm it down
