I don't like Facebook or Twitter Alf, but I've been told that its so much easier for Football fans and the like to post pictures, do links, sign in and out without trouble with NO annoying pop ups.

Footmad are not doing a lot to help themselves with other platforms doing better in every way, I asked for another Classic drop down thread and received no dialogue whatsoever which IMO is not good.

All we get is "The software cannot be changed", funny that, that they were quick to take away powers that Mods had to check IP addresses for double posting because of worry that it was against data protection which in itself is laughable and does nothing to make the site less trouble free.

I will keep on, but I have noticed a fall off of postings, and with the last batch of trouble makers being banned and some regulars actually backing them against my actions did nothing to make me want to protect said posters or even put posts on

The time is now for FootyMad to make the Forum better, but I'm of the feeling that they are not really too bothered about it surviving with their lack of activities up to press.

getting silly....that constant pop-up (SPY TRACKERS) appearing everytime I move page now - but, will continue to Reject it - as I will adbl@cking their poxy ads !

When I advised a poster to reign his abrupt attitude aimed to at least 3 regulars, and consistent replies which totally killed threads, he kept on with the same attitude of belittling regulars, I advised him a 2nd time but he carried on relentless even being abusive to me, I suggested he remove himself and go to UTC as with his attitude it would suit him better, he said he would not post on here anymore and just to be sure I banned him, Attilla who hardly uses the Forum appeared and agreed with said banned poster, which is his right to do so, I acted with advisements for the benefit of regulars and yet a few other regulars seemed to back his abrupt posts and said more or less I was out of order, which told me they would rather have someone abusing regulars and killing threads than me acting to protect them and keep the Forum trouble free.

A Mod is never totally liked as he cannot keep everyone happy all the time, and I would not be surprised if someone came back on here to regurgitate the argument after I have had to explain my above post BT.

To me the board has been running slow, I have stopped doing "one for the day" and "Word of the Day" thread because there did not seem that much interest, The Burnley match thread is only used by myself and maybe one or two who may drop in now and again, but it used to reach over 100 posts, now we are lucky if it reach's 40, I see OutwoodClaret has started the Burnley v Chelsea thread, which is good, I just hope he and others try there best to get it busy during the game (if not attending).
